Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Custom patterns are not saving
A: Please fully close the app and restart it. If the problem persists, try restarting your device.
Q: No sound is playing
A: Check your device's silent switch and volume. Also verify that the sound setting is "On" within the app.
Q: App crashes
A: This might be due to insufficient device storage. Try deleting unused apps to free up space and try again.
Q: Can I backup my data?
A: Custom patterns are saved locally on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, they may be restored when you restore your device.

SimpleBreathe does NOT collect the following information:
- Personal identifying information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- Usage or behavioral data
- Location information
- Device information
- Crash reports or diagnostic information
- Any other personal data
2. Data Storage
All data used by SimpleBreathe is stored exclusively on your device:
- Custom breathing patterns
- App settings (theme, sound settings, etc.)
- Session duration preferences
This data is never transmitted to external servers.
3. In-App Purchases
SimpleBreathe offers a developer support (donation) feature. Important information about this feature:
- Payment Processing: All payment processing is handled through Apple's StoreKit. The developer does not have access to payment information.
- Payment Information: Payment-related information such as credit card details and payment history is managed entirely by Apple and is not provided to the developer.
- Personal Information Collection: Using the donation feature does not result in the developer collecting any personal information. Payments are processed entirely through Apple's system.
- Purchase History: Purchase history is stored in Apple's system, and the developer cannot view individual purchase histories.
Use of the donation feature is optional, and all app features remain free to use without making a donation.
4. Information Sharing
Since SimpleBreathe does not collect personal information, we do not share information with third parties. We also do not use:
- Analytics services (such as Google Analytics)
- Advertising networks
- Crash reporting services
- Any other third-party services

SimpleBreathe operates completely offline. No internet connection is required, and we do not communicate with external servers.

All data is protected on your device by iOS's standard security features. When you uninstall the app, all data is completely deleted.

SimpleBreathe does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In fact, we do not collect personal information from users of any age.
